Western Music Books & Learning Materials: You can return unopened and unused music books and learning materials (both downloadable and physical) within 5 business days of purchase for a full refund.
Musical Instruments: You can return unused instruments in their original packaging within 5 days of purchase for a full refund. Instruments must be free of any damage or wear. We recommend insuring your return shipment for valuable instruments.
Online Music Lessons (LMS): Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds for LMS lessons are not available once access has been granted. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Conditions for Return:

All returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A copy of your receipt or order confirmation must be included with your return.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
